Scholarships Requiring Campus Nomination Prior to National Competition
Contact the Scholarships Coordinator to discuss the procedures for competing for a campus nomination for the following awards: Rhodes, Marshall, Mitchell, Churchill, Merage, Carnegie, Hoover, Truman, Goldwater, Udall, NSEP-Boren. Contact the Fulbright Coordinator the spring before you intend to apply for the Fulbright Grant or English Teaching Assistantship. For these scholarships, candidates must meet a campus deadline (which usually falls 1-2 months before the external deadline), be evaluated, and sometimes be officially nominated by their home institutions. For the major graduate scholarships that compete in the fall, applicants should begin working with the Scholarships Coordinator the spring before they seek nomination. |
