Students enrolled in the Morehead Honors College make up a community of some of the most dedicated, high-achieving, and diligent students on the University of Georgia campus. If you are interested in mentoring, advising, or teaching outstanding undergraduate students, the Honors College provides the tools and resources to bring UGA’s brightest minds together.

Working with Honors students isn’t limited to the classrooms of Moore Hall—University of Georgia faculty members, visiting lecturers, and experienced adjunct faculty are eligible to teach Honors courses and seminars and approve Honors Options in regular courses for our students all over campus. In addition, interested faculty have the opportunity to lead one of our lunchbox lectures or book discussions held throughout the fall and spring semesters yearly. Faculty who work with Honors often also oversee student internships and research, helping enhance the knowledge and experience of both student and instructor.
