Honors information sessions are held on select days throughout the year. Sessions are scheduled for 45-60 minutes. We will do our best to accommodate walk-in guests to full sessions but cannot guarantee space in them. Information sessions cover the academic, cultural, and extracurricular aspects of the college, as well the application process.
Registration
- Prospective students: Register for an Honors Information Session here. These informational sessions are for current high school or transfer students who are interested in applying to the Honors College. You will learn about the academic, cultural, and extracurricular aspects of the Honors program, as well as admissions information and scholarship opportunities.
- Prospective students admitted to Honors: Register for an Admitted Student Honors Visit here. These smaller informational sessions are for students who have already been accepted into the Morehead Honors College but have not yet committed to UGA. Honors staff will discuss highlights of the Honors program, and current students will share their experiences in the Honors College. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers during this informal session.
Tour of campus
Note that Honors information sessions do not include a tour of campus. In order to schedule a tour, go to visit.uga.edu/tours.

*Public parking is not available next to Moore Hall. For your Honors information session visit, we recommend parking in the North Campus Parking Deck (Parking Lot N06), a pay facility located off South Jackson Street. Visit Transportation and Parking Services for more information and fees.
**Note that Moore Hall is home to the Morehead Honors College. If you are looking for Moore-Rooker Hall, located in the Business Learning Community, please consult the UGA Map.
